GSF ALA Programme Guide 2021-2022
The GSF academy in Activism, Leadership and Advocacy is an one year educational programme for up to 60 student leaders from the regional and national membership of our organisation and is composed of online master-classes aimed at supporting elected student representatives in further developing their competences for quality advocacy and successful campaigning as well as mobilisation and leadership of membership-based organisations.
Each session is facilitated by a handpicked guest lecturer, with invited speakers from academia, international organisations, renowned higher education institutions, civil society organisations, formal value-aligned political actors and professional skill trainers.
Alongside building up crucial knowledge, the programme aims to encourage worldwide networking between leaders of the student movement, fostering critical global thinking and cooperation through personal connections and organisational collaborations. Members of the academy will receive a certificate for their completion if they attend more than 2/3rd of all lectures.
Applications are open from the second of September 2021 till the 15th of September 2021.
We strongly encourage you to apply for the academy.

The GSF Steering Committee will make a decision on the selection according to the quality of applications as well as regional and gender balance by the 18th of September. Representatives of GSF member organisations will be given priority in the selection.
